At GIVA, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved creating it. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery for a seamless shopping experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Jewelry

  Place the item in its original GIVA packaging, including the authenticity certificate and any promotional gifts received with the purchase.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After a quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange item will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
